SL Indicator Doesn't Show/Map Markers Don't Show

1st issue:
occasionally, the number above the squad lead doesn't show when nearby them. it still has the arrow and name, as with all friendlies, but no number to indicate squad leader.

not a big problem, but when the SL says to follow or stay close, it's easier to look for the marker rather than a specific name.

2nd issue:
doesn't happen very often, but move, look, attack, etc marks don't show up on the map. i still get the arrow on the compass, but when i look on the map there's no marker. seems to only happen after just joining a squad. when the SL places a new mark, it does show up though, and all after that do.

both happen randomly, doesn't matter what map or server.

playing on high graphics with a GeForce GTX 550 Ti
