Mumble help?

So first off all I would like to apoligise if I have this in the wrong part of the forums, but I have recently started playing project reality as I played it at a friends house and I really enjoyed it, I wanna be a squad leader, which I understand how to play I just don't know how to communicate with other squad leaders on mumble? (btw I have just started using mumble (EVER))

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Remember that you can't talk directly to squad 8, you'd have to use 'Squad Leader to all Squad Leaders Radio' in order to communicate with him. As the leader of squad 8 you can talk directly to everyone, but as I said, no one can talk directly to you.
