[0981] Pavlovsk Bay - Commander Post no Entrance

Description:
You cannot enter the commander post on the USMC Carrier on Pavlovsk Bay as a commander. Its not like it does not allow you to enter it. You won't even get in it. I tried pressing "E" on every possible location around the commander post. Simply nothing happens. Works on all other Carriers, like on Muttrah perfectly fine. So i know how to enter them. I also noticed that the commander post only spawns about 10 mins after round start. It was not there at the beginning. Is that intentional and if so why?

Steps to Reproduce:
Spawn on the carrier on Pavlovsk Bay, apply for commander, grab an officer kit and try to enter it. You can also just try to enter it without any kit or being commander. Usually it tells you that you cannot operate that asset, but in this case nothing happens
