What is the exact error message you are getting?

Please give us system info.
Please give us OS info. XP, Vista, 7, 8.
Is it 32 or 64 bit?

IF you have any other overlay program running, it could be the cause. MSI Afterburner is the most common one that causes this conflict.

There are other ways this problem can occur, so give us some info and we'll troubleshoot it.
