Mumble Capture Levels?

Start mumble, connect to the server.
Go To Configure->Audio Wizard.

In the audio wizard, the 4th screen is the place to adjust this, there is a slide bar on bottom that is the minimum threshold level, similar to every other VOIP program and ingame VOIP program.

Breath deep in the mic and set the bar above the max input volume from your breath.
