How can I enable 3rd views in PR? For both vehicles and (if possible, I know it could be done in vBF2) humans.

Delete this three lines

ObjectTemplate.CVMChase 0
ObjectTemplate.CVMFrontChase 0
ObjectTemplate.CVMFlyBy 0
You can also cange camera settings using this lines:

ObjectTemplate.chaseDistance 15
ObjectTemplate.chaseAngle 0.15
ObjectTemplate.chaseOffset 0/1/7

In vehicle code . There are localized in Objects\Vehicles_Server archives. You need to do it for every passenger.

Don't do this in your PR installation though, you won't be able to play online if you do.

These lines can be found in .tweak files of vehicles. They're located in the Camera parts.
