Issue with PR Mumble.

Hey, I am having issues with PR Mumble.

When i connect to PR Mumble it does this.

[6:13:08 PM] Server maximum network bandwidth is only 40 kbit/s. Audio quality auto-adjusted to 32 kbit/s (60ms)
[6:13:19 PM] Server connection failed: The remote host closed the connection.
[6:13:29 PM] Reconnecting.
[6:13:30 PM] Connected.
[6:13:41 PM] Server connection failed: The remote host closed the connection.

I can't seem to join any server that has Mumble because of it. I tried joining the CIA server that is using the Sandin map.

I just tried connecting Mumble again and this...
