Found on the southern part of the city in black gold.

Tested on: Not sure by 100% but I believe EU#2.
The balcony I'm speaking of is the one that thebloodspiler is standing on, you can see him in this picture but whenever you are standing on other parts of the balcony you will either:
Not be seen at all except for aside maybe your own shadow.
Your weapon will be seen, but not you.
You will be seen, but as if you have no kit equipped.
