Area attack not working

Description:
The area attack (AA) does not seem to be working. I was on the US team on Saaremaa

Steps to Reproduce:
Check that AA is ready; have SL call in AA;see yellow AA marker; right-click and select Accept; see that yellow marker goes away, red marker doesn't appear, and AA never falls.

Tested On:

-map name - Saaremaa (US team)
-game mode / layer - the one with a havok and cas huey
-server name (if not dedicated list as local) - one of the Euro beta servers
-version number - 1.0.22.0

I guess it is possible that there is no AA on Saaremaa. The assets never show up on the loading screen for me. I just assumed that there should be AA since it loaded in the CO command map.

I saw this happen but it was 10 minutes into the round and so I told the commander that it was too early, the bug is that it's showing loaded when it's not.
