Muting local mumble during deployment

With 50 players on each team, the deployment gets quite messy, since for some unknown reason, people don't seem to understand that squad leaders need to organize their squads and kits. This leads to people spamming local chat with useless chatter, which can quite easily continue throughout the entire deployment, leaving infantry squad leaders without a chance to organize their kits properly.

For this reason, an option to mute local during deployment would be much appreciated. Squad leaders can always talk to each other over squad leader radio.

Yeah I like it! But honestly I would just disable LOCAL during round start. That way SLs can still talk to each other, squad members can still plan during the warm up time using squad chat... it's just the incessant local spam will be done with!
