Black Gold Arabic Sign is Wrong

Just saying and reporting a common issue in PR. The arabic sign Abd Al Iqbal sign is written wrong.
All I don't remember the Iqbal part and whether that was correct or not because I was more concerned that it was a mistake (on a very nice sign).
Transliterated (assuming the iqbal part is written in the same incorrect manner as the previous words) the sign would actually say:
Db' La Labqi
Which to my knowledge means: *nothing/No word* No *form of alcohol/fermentation*
When it is supposed to read
'bd Al Iqbal
Which to my knowledge means: Slave of the Fortunate.
Which technically doesn't really make much sense because 'bd linguistically is a prefix for a persons name or prefix for a name/attribute of god in Arabic.
As such slave of the fortunate? Who is the fortunate? What is the fortunate?
Perhaps I'm thinking about it too much.
