Jerky movement, mini rubber banding and overall poor performance.

Fixed after a reinstall, guess I should have done that from the start.

Hi guys, 1.0beta brought me back to PR this week after over a year, only to find that PR runs poorly on my new system.

Win7 64bit, i5-2320 @3ghz, GTX670 4gb (new drivers), 8gb ram...runs everything else full bore.

PR however, is glitchy as all hell.

Movement is choppy and rubber banding a little
moving mouse to look around quickly is jittery, almost tearing graphics

Settings are at high, 1080 res, but even dropping all settings to med/low don't help.
My internet is good, low ping, happens in full or near empty servers. It also happens in single player, so it's a system thing.

Anyone make a suggestion?
