so low on fps!

On the beggining i wanted to say, that you did really great job with that 1.0

but...

How is that possible that when i was playing pr 0.9 on every option on "high" I was 100% ok with fps, almost no fps drops, beta was fine on the beggining too and after some updates i got very low fps in cities and now I was trying to play 1.0 on "high" but i have had more less a slide show and crash after few steps? I lowered texture to medium and terrain to low and yes, i could play but with something like freezing every 5 seconds...

my computer specs are:

win 7 32bit; intel pentium dual-core E5200 2,5GHz; 4GB RAM; GeForce 9600 GT 512MB

I know it is not great computer, but i was playing on previous versions on 128 slots server without problems
