Unable to obtain and update list

after i installed the game and updated it , another update appear b4 i entered the game
and i cant update it

it says "1221:Unable to obtain update list"

on BETA i had some issues like that at update, but i solved it by trying it again 4-5 times
but here it just wont let me update it..

and if i press 'skip' it enters the game but there it wont show any servers
didnt even enter once the game
i want to play PR1.0

Almost every report of this is because your firewall/antivirus/antimalware program is blocking the PRLAuncher internet access.

I've completely disabled my firewall and antivirus programs, but this still occurs on Windows 8
