Please confirm Medic self-healing?

Please can someone clarify the Medic self-healing method?

The 0.97 manual said they can't self heal and had to use patches.

The 1.0 manual says they can look down and heal themselves, but in-game this doesn't seem to work?

Can not remember ANYTHING ever being discussed about changing it back to "medics heal themselves"

So I guess Mineral oversaw it and medics aren't and shouldn't be able to heal themselves with the medic bag!

But I can't be 100% certain tbh.

I'm 99% sure medics cannot heal themselves, an error must've slipped in there.

mmm,AF Soccer rewrote the entire medic part. I'm guessing he didn't play medic himself for a while But yeah, medics can't self heal.
