Error msg when trying to launch 1.0

hey there, im trying to figure out how to launch PR, it was working fine through Desura up until today when i tried to download 1.0. when i try to launch the game I get this msg

Failed to Launch Item.

Failed to launch Item Project reality:Battlefield 2, File is not validece [C:\ Program files(86x)\steam\steamapps\common\battlefield2\mods\pr\bin\PRlauncher.exe.] [61.0]


Any help getting this running would be awesome! Thanks again.
