removed for 1.0 with the intention of a return in the future

and PRV is now part of 1.0....

Thank god it's been removed, I wouldn't be too sad that it doesn't come back!

As Rudd said; Vietnam is still in PR (lots of additions to it, in fact), Normandy and Falklands will return in the future.
