Coop CTD when playing on dedi server

Several of my friends have reported frequent CTD's on any and all coop maps when playing on a dedicated server. I got them to run in windowed mode and there was no error. Issue happens frequently on several coop servers. They were not doing anything in particular at the time of the CTD such as getting into a vehicle or firing a weapon etc.

Not particularly much to go on I know but it is still a bug
