Micro-freezes (stutter)

The game runs perfectly, decent FPS, but once in several seconds it freezes for a very short while, fraction of a second, then again it flows smoothly. Something like this:

- (3-7 seconds of game flow) - short freeze(less than 0.5 second) - (3-7 seconds of game flow) - short freeze(less than 0.5 second) - .... and so on

It's so damn irritating and spoils the game in the important moments of it.
I noticed it only happens on some maps (Yamalia, Pavlovsk, which are maps with trees :confused and doesn't happen on others (Kashan, Al Basrah).
The freeze is similar to what many of us probably experience when we toggle BUIS on our weapon, only it lasts slightly longer.
Does anyone have an idea why it is happening and how can this be cured?

I recently discover that this stutter only happens if I am the one who creates a server. If I join someone's game then everything is ok.
