Various Small Bugs

- The alternate single-player Militia Scout kit (chinsurgent_specialist_alt_sp) should use the SKS bayonet (insrg_simonovbayonet) instead of the AK-47 bayonet (kni_ak47bayonet)
- A player can place up to 20 claymore mines (or Russian/Chinese equivalent) when the manual says the maximum is 4
- The spotter kit can't spot unless he is a squad leader
- The suppressed Mk12 Special Purpose Rifle (usrif_mk12sprsup & usrif_mk12sprsupdeployed) has a muzzle velocity which is too high for subsonic ammunition if it is fact meant to be using subsonic ammunition
- The RPG-26 sights are off at a range of 250m (shoots high)
- The shot pattern for the M79 with 'buckshot' (insrg_m79_buck) is perhaps a little too tight. The relatively short barrel and large calibre of the M79 should significantly disperse the shot compared to a traditional shotgun. The subProjectileDev is set at 0.98 versus 0.9 for other shotguns ingame. This gives a spread of 1.37m at 40m range whereas the literature suggests 13 of 20 of the shot should be within a diameter of 1.5m at 40m which suggests that all of the shot should fall within a diameter of 1.86m if the pattern is assumed to be uniformly distributed*. This can be achieved by setting the subProjectileDev to 1.33.
