Question about PR

Hello my Friend wants to start playing PR but he dont know which he should buy...
And i dont find anything just that it is Optional to install the Add-On of BF2.

Now I want to know you get something special when you have all AddOns? Or something other?

A normal bf2 cd will do.
All the add ons come with the 1.5 update for bf2.

You wont get the addon special forces though, which is not needed for PR.
