This only happens in multiplayer. Single player, the plane flies perfect. Even in an empty server, the problem is really bad.
Banking from left to right causes extremely bad jitter. Here's a video, although since youtube processed it it's not nearly as noticable as the original video.:

I had the same problem in the beta until "various mv22 fixes" were made, then it went away. Well, the problem came back.
