MEC tank hovering turret

Description:
When I was against a MEC tank I could see that the turret was hovering. The tank had a machine gunner (not sure if specific tank or just when it has a machine gunner)

How to reproduce bug:
On co-op (may not be specific to co-op) drive up to a MEC tank with a machine gunner.

Tested on:
Kashan Desert Co-op, 32 bots, locally hosted, v1.0.35.0 (may not be map specific)
