Field Dressing Broken?

I've had instances where I was indirectly hit and have gone through 3-4 patches and still have the bleed animation. Was the amount healed reduced? Can you still use opposing forces field dressings? Im in game right now and have gone through 4. 2 friendly (my own and a friendly kit) and 2 non friendly from kits on the ground. Im still bleeding and will probably die soon.

yes and yes

generally 4 quick dressings should heal you afaik, but nothing beats having a medic on hand, if you are the medic then drop your kit and get a buddy to heal you
