Mumble Feedback - Dislike Current Deafen Feature.

I think the developers have improved mumble a lot, and it is very great especially the cues!

I would really like to be able to have a feature like in Arma's ACRE mod where you can lower your headset.

Right now there is only a deafen speakers keybind, it only allows you to remove input sound from mumble completely. I do not want to remove all forms of input, I just want to mute the Squad radio and everything else that revolves a radio.

At times when there is only my friend and myself in a combat zone alone from friendlies. We are separated from the squad, and are talking to each other on local channel, we find the squad radio being really annoying and distracting us from being able to hear enemy footsteps and effectively focus on our surroundings. I've told other guys in the squad to be quiet so I can hear around me or even hear what my friend is saying, but for them, they want to be able to speak to others in our squad over the squad radio.

At times when there are a ton of communications running through the radio when you are squad leader. It's very hard to focus on what is close to you, resulting in you being killed.

Can you add a separate mute function that only mutes;

Squad Radio
ALL SL Radio
Commander Radio

It's basically as in real life, where a soldier could lower his headset off his ears and put it on his neck, so he can focus on the important things around him, rather than having communications distract him from his immediate environment, while he can still hear friendlies who are near him trying to speak to him.
