So this is kind of a new problem I've been facing. Since updating to 1.0.35.0 I've been having trouble with my entire computers sound crashing. It's never been a problem before, but as soon as I load completely into a server (I tried multiple servers) it usually crashes and I can't hear not only the game, but I can't hear mumble or teamspeak 3. I tried researching the issue on the forum and the closest solution I read was installing teamspeak 32 bit version. Now, I tried that and for about 30 minutes it seemed to work okay, but it ended up doing it again. Once I exit PR and Teamspeak, for some reason my computer starts playing sound again and working. I have no clue why this is doing this

Tried it, sound froze up and crashed again. It resumes if I completely exit PR and teamspeak, so idk. It may be a teamspeak issue or something?
EDIT: Tried PR without teamspeak, crashed sound except for mumble, I could hear mumble clearly and windows clearly thought I had sound when I tested it through my playback tab, so I guess it isn't teamspeak specific after all.

Are you using a TS 32 bit overlay program?
We had similar problems reported with the overlays in use.
Are you using a USB headphone/headset/mic? Do you have any audio device connected through USB? (or even more exotic sound/music recording equipment?)
You also might want to update your motherboard audio drivers at this point.
or alternatively,
download new audio drivers,
completely uninstall your audio drivers,
REBOOT
do not allow new hardware wizard to autoinstall drivers,
install your newly downloaded drivers.

I do have a turtle beach headset, but its never been a problem before this version, so I'm not sure it would have an effect on it now. I did update audio drivers but even after that I tested PR and it still crashes sound, usually as I join a server and get through the loading screen. For now, I can look up new audio drivers I suppose, although I don't know how successful that will be. In terms of Teamspeak, I'm not quite sure if that is directly effecting PR as when I tested it without running teamspeak, sound crashed, although mumble did not.
Well, for now, thanks anyways. Hopefully something will fix itself and I can get back to it :/

Hi, I'm having the same problem with the game. Audio worked fine this afternoon, now everything is deadly silent in game except for TS and mumbles. Can't figure out what's going on.
