Mumble Not Connecting

I DL'd PR again a couple days ago and have not been able to get mumble to work correctly. I get in game and it links to BF2 but it is not able to connect to the server, constantly time outs and tries to reconnect over and over. I run launcher as admin, I've tried to run PRMumble after I launch the game, tried the Proxy fix from the other thread. Nothing seems to work.
