Voice programs lagging

Hey, I has a problem.

Incoming voice from Mumble or TS is laggy, stuttering, and its really hard to udnerstand people. Other sounds work normally, skype also. Ingame the ping seems to be allright, though on a stable 85, while normaly it fluctuates from 70-85, but nothing bad.

So the problem is really only in those two voice programs. :S

PLease tell us your network setup,

could be:
1. fluctuating WiFi signal strength/throughput
2. QoS settings in your router, or traffic analyser slowing packets down for inspection
3. Qos or voice quality settings in Mumble or TS
4. TCP connectoin in Mumble might be a better option
5. something else
6. ISP related issue

please give us your system specs, but we really need to know your network specs too, router make and model, WiFi adapter make and model, etc.

I dont have wireless connection, and today it seems to work okay. Might be ISp problem, not the first time. For the time being, nothing needs to be solved, thanks anyway!
