Why don't Insurgents Have FALs and AK74s?

The FAL is my baby. I loved it in Beta and as ARF 90% of the time I use a FAL. The G3 is nice sure, but the FAL is so much sexier.

The AK74 was a nice counterweight to the AK47 for the insurgents. They were near polar Opposites. The AK74 was my go to gun when fighting a pitched battle against Blufor, Street to Street and such. And the AK47 is still my CQC gun when fighting House to House or defending a cache. The AKS-74U is nice but it's not as good as it's bigger brother.
