Hello. I tested this by playing a map that I know is stable in previous versions. After a while. Must have been at least 40 minutes I get a CTD. This was when I got in an APC. The crew jumped out as there was a damage alarm. But I can't detect any pattern to these crashes really. Is anyone else getting this, before I start plastering bug reports all over the place ? There's a chance this may be something to do with my system, but as I said, previous versions have been much more stable.
EDIT: Just played the same map in BF 141 (old PR version) and got the same CTD so it seems to be something to do with my BF2 installation - other video game run with zero problems. However framerate was ~>40fps. In the same map on v1.0 I was down to @20fps.

Sounds like it could be a general system stability problem. Disable any overclocks if you're running them, and try a different PSU on the machine if you have one available.

It was system stability which I attended to. I can now get a full game in PR but have not reun this map yet. I started getting a CTD when I hit ESC to go to the menu. BF2 is such a finnickity pig sometimes. All my other software and games are stable.
