Yes, today I had the same problem: 1004: Error connecting to server. (10060).
I have discovered that it is not a problem for Project Reality only, but for Battlefield 2 too.
I have tried to create an account with this one but, after a long time of waiting, it have said "server have refused your request" or something like this.
If you open PRLancher/Support/Keys, you can see that it is unable to chek the validity of the key.
