Mumble Bug (And How to fix it)

When you play the game, mumble doesn't work sometimes.

It happens when you change the audio device to play through anything other than what mumble has set, and then you switch it back.

You get this by trying to open mumble, going to wizard, and it crashing.

It's already set to default devices, so see how that plays out.
