Me and my bro were talking about your mod and came up withe some ideas and here they are:

1: destroyable parts on veicals. So when a rpg slams in to a tank's comander camera/vewie thingey it gets nocked out, wether it is only a temp thing or a perminant thing is up to you i gues. It would falow that the same would go for the rest of the tank, turet movement or treds and the like, and evin other veicals(butcherd that one :D ), like geting a wheal blown off of a hummvie or some thing like that. maby the hit boxes could be adapted for that, but i don't know.

2: Maybe some thing like a progresive skill tree kind of thing. Basicly the idea is the same as the gun unlock that is alredy implimentd, medics could heal form farther away or set up field hospitles or medivac stations or some thing, the engenerars could do a close proximity elictrc interfirance, snipers would get harder to see, suport guys could set up an ammo dump or some thing like that, you know that kind of stuf.

I dno't know if some one alredy thru this stuf out there alredy and if they did sory for copying you, or if this is evin doable but there it is any way.

yah, this has been talked about a little i think. From what I gathered personally from reading the previous post i think the opinions for #1 were generally in the direction that adding this feature could make one class rise above the others (e.g. sniper and .50 Cal). Thats just what i gathered, but since this is a realism mod i think that on the suggestion of ammo depots....the actual people themselves would need supplies first to set these up nad frankly, i don't really think these soldiers would be qualified in really setting up everything themselves, need help from engineers i would guess, but hey, thats just my 2 cents

well i was just think about what could be done with class improvment, and that suport idea was realy half baked. But as for the distroyable stuf, i dno't mean to make them like glass, just give a little aded bounus to thos that can put an antitank rocked or tank shell ect. on a spacific part of a viacle to make things alittle interesting for the person inside.

i like the 2nd idea. gives a bigger use to ranking up other than different weapons. cus i've been playing the demo on servers where those weapons were unlocked and they're not much better i feel.

im also disappointed that the teams share the unlockable weapons, there isnt some international committee that says 'oh hey youre doing pretty good' and hands out the same weapons to different nations, which is basically what is happening in bf2, the unlockable weapons or abilities or whatever is put into PR needs to have team sensitive weapon upgrades.

^^^^^^ Indeed a good piont, i just noticed that today....I was expecting that every nation whould have their own unlockable weapon^^^^^...

Also just a thougth that came to me, Instead of having the over heating bar come up, you could make it so in stead of jamming/freezing the weapon it actually gives damage to the player/ vehicle.....That sure would deter me from overheating my gun 8) ,.
