Super Squad

Post by Roger_Liquids »

Good game last match guys.

We had a great squad leader, great squad, awesome collaboration with the other squads, and it was probably one of the best matches I have ever played.

See you all on the battlefield!

This should probably go in the tales from the front thread next time.

I'd say this would be thread worthy only if they were playing as Iraqi Insurgents instead of USMC. ;-)

Seriously, who hasn't had a great round in a USMC infantry squad on Fallujah?

Makes me a bit sad though that the best Insurgent squad have three guys with >100 points and 2 guys with zero and still are the best squad. Exactly why I don't play insurgency, because it's total imbalance making it complete enjoyment for one team and a complete pain for the other. The only break the insurgents get is to wish that the blue-for have incompetent squad-leaders.

No offence though, I think it's great that you enjoyed the round so much, I just can't help wondering if anyone on the other team enjoyed that game?

The real problem is that people that play as Insurgents try to go offensive instead of defensive, if they did play as intended, I think that Insurgency rounds would be a lot more fun to play.

But as said above, this should have been made on the Tales from the Front, but don't create a new thread over there, just wait and a moderator will move this one to the correct place.

Considering the best squad on their team consisted of guys with 480, 603, 205, 55, 45, 0 and 0 points, I think your squad leader could've been doing interpretive dance the whole round and you still would've succeeded in whatever plan you were doing, because the other team's organization was next to none.

Just like the others, I don't mean to take away from the fun you guys had, and I have no doubt the squad leader was good... but be aware you were apparently facing a pretty craptastic team so the resistance wouldn't have been all too intense to begin with

As Desmo so beautifully worded it:

But I'm glad you guys had fun nonetheless, and continue to keep playing! Please go ahead and post some more stories of great rounds, hopefully as the Opfor next time ;)

Say what you want. First time in a sq that used the AR to cover then everytime they moved forward. We destroyed the most cache's that round.Everyone in that sq moved well together. You could have thrown the best at us and we would have still kicked butt.

I just wonder?you are registered since 2007, thats a pretty long time of PR gaming.
If you were never in such a squad before I really feel sorry for you game experience you had yet :D

Because this is the reason everyone loves this game, isnt it?

Huh?

Well it's INS so what do you expect? 0 points? :P

If you were the INS I would praise you.

But I remember on Khamisiyah, me and 7 other buddies were defending the infamous flag Checkpiont (We were the US), we had over 74 kills, 4 deaths. Well over 9500 points as a squad.

It was the best round ever. Since my AR shot the CAS pilot going in for a gun run

This thread isn't even close to being on topic from the subject which was in the wrong subforum anyways.

Sorry I may have posted in the wrong spot guys. lol. I don't post on the forums too often. I'll place it in the right spot next time. Yeah it was a really fun match. I had a great time. I've had good matches there before also but we really brought our A game that match I think. Like SgtAmato said, our squad leader knew what he wanted to do at every turn and kept the team moving and alive while at the same time collaborating with other squads well. It was more of one of those things where I think to myself, "Oh yeah, thats why I'll never stop playing this game." lol. Good game guys.
