I was running fraps and looking at my FPS and my PC was around 30-20. So i went to look for video settings to lower them for better FPS and the label isnt there anymore. It used to be there but now its not. Did one of the 1.0 updates get rid or it or is my game missing something?

EDIT-Never mind I found that it is now in the start up menu.
