v1.1.0.0 Few ied types not destroying fobs

Fixed a few IED types not destroying FOBs.
I did some testing on local yesterday and noticed that there are no changes in ieds in the new patch.

The mortar ied still doesent do any noticable damage to the fob; after 20mins its still standing like nothing happened.

Same thing with the smaller tnt based ied. No damage or similar to the fob. Both the mortar and the tnt based ied's were directly on the fob.

Other ieds, like the bigger tnt based ied and the mine ied works same way that they used to be in 1.0

Thanks for reporting it. Check it in 1.1.1.0 ;)

In case of the small TNT (like used by the ARF specialist), it is supposed to be like that.
It is actually the same as small c4, just has a different model, so the firebase needs a bit to collapse there aswell.
