Couple of Hamas bugs

1. AT Rifleman kit doesn't have sight adjustment for its RPG.
2. STD Spotter kit as well as ALT Marksman kit (the ones with M16A1 Optics) don't have the surroundings blurred when aimed. It appears to be the only weapon in this mod to have its surrounding view not blurred. An overlook since previous version.
