'requestreinforcements.wav' never comes

Description:
The sound file called 'PLAYER_REQUEST_TM_requestreinforcements.wav' never comes when pressing HELP in the commo rose while holding the shovel. Only the alternative one comes (the sound file called 'PLAYER_REQUEST_TM_requestreinforcements_alt.wav').

Steps to Reproduce:
Hold the shovel, open the commo rose, press Left button of mouse as much as you want, and you'll only hear 'PLAYER_REQUEST_TM_requestreinforcements_alt.wav'. 'PLAYER_REQUEST_TM_requestreinforcements.wav' will never come.
