Description:
Often, when I'm as co-pilot of the Kiowa, I click to mark the laser or laser not mark or brand is it for 1 second and disappears, or brand and it is moving forward and score. the same happens when I'm sppoter or officer. Often also, my friends mark the laser somewhere (with sppoter/officer kit), and the laser does not appear to me when I'm on the plane/helicopter.
Windows 8.1 Pro x64 and BattleField 2 through STEAM.

Yes, I had it to that I clicked it, the laze stuck for one second, and disappeared

Would be great to get more information on this. In 1.1 changes got made to make the lasers more reliably, so im a bit surprised by this. One thing to always remember for lasers is line of sight, this is true for the spotter but even more for the pilot. If the pilot approaches from a wrong angle he might not be able to see the laser. For spotters the laser can disappear as well in some situation, especially when lasing from behind cover. Move around and try again till you can see it.

I had problems with using laser to when I played spotter first time after 1.0, but noticed, that laser in fact was there, I was just behind cover and wasn't able to see it. I had to pop out more in order to see it.

Can you check if laser really didn't stick, or you just wasn't able to see it from cover?

I did a test with the Kiowa at the main base, clicked to mark the center of the landing, stood for 1 second and disappeared, ie, marked at right call with nothing around, and yet still disappeared. And when movimeto, clicking on a location with nothing around, the laser walked along the ground as they walked on the helicopter and then about 2 seconds and disappeared ... other day I was playing with HAVOC, I was told that a laser in a tank, the sight of the tank, not any laser appeared, I got closer and still not appeared ... this happens in other ocacioes, laser tag a friend, and he did not appear for the aerial vehicle ... I'll try to record what happens during the game and post my videos here! Thank you!

Thanks for the video!
The kiowa seems to still use the old more buggy laser system. I will update it and see if it helps.
The distance appearing for a short time is a bug that only happens on local. The kiowa uses TV Guidance system and on local that only shows range when it has a target so when you click.

I updated the lasers on all scout helicopters for the next version. That should fix your issues shown in the video.
If you have any more problems with the GTLD please keep posting. Best would be with videos/screenshots

Hello guys! I again!

I was playing as Officer in my team, trying to score the LASER by Binocolo but was not scoring, much like the problem of the laser KIWOA! Watch the video: Laser BUG in Project Reality 1.1 (2) - YouTube

Before that, (not filmed :/), I clicked to mark the laser, and not even come to appear, clicked several times, but not appeared, grabbed a kit any floor, and picked up my kit officer again, with the aim Binocolo where I was marking laser, appeared lasrs various brands (the amount I had clicked to score) ..

How much did you left click in that video? It looks like you are either holding down left mouse button or clicking it repeatedly. The target is ~700m away and the laser will take around 2.5 seconds to reach it. So only click once and then wait some time for the laser to reach its target.
Also the system is not perfect, so if you find a spot where the laser does not stick to the target move your aim a bit. Usually it works even if you move just a little bit.

From what I've experienced you want to stand up also if you're behind terrain. Sometimes you know you're pointing at the enemy yet nothing happens. So instead of crouching. Stand.

Hmm...
Where you behind cover? As ElshanF explained there is a bug that lasers sometimes dont work when lasing out of cover (with only your head sticking out). Often this is just that you cant see the laser but it does actually fly to the target, but it also happens that the laser gets stuck on the object you are hiding behind.

Yes ... but when I was in trouble, I tried to mark the laser around me, and nowhere was it fixed, I tried standing, lying down, tried scoring far, near, and was not marked ... so I thought strange

Thats weird and sad to hear. It never happend to me and trying to recreate your issues was not successfull either. One thing i can assure: lasers are not done yet and i will keep trying to improve them

OK! Whenever this problem occurs, I will try to recorder! had never happened to me, and when I was distressed over not getting marks the target for my friends who was in CAS! hehehehe

Most of the time the laser is actually there. It just does not show graphically for you. While the cas unit can see it clear as day.

Even if the bag doesn't inflate oxygen is still flowing. Please secure your own mask before helping a child or other passenger.
