I was playing Red Orcistra and felt not having auto reload helped the realism. I know it is a feature in the menu and was thinking it would be nice if it could be turned on like crosshairs is turned off.

Hardcoded, beyond our control. Trust me, I've tried.
This would have been implemented a long time ago otherwise.

Isn't there an option somewhere to disable auto reload??
I put the "laughter" into "manslaughter".

There is.
We should make a list of "Suggested Settings" for best realistic effect and make sure they're visible to people downloading the game.
Wasn't me.

No way just to set it to off as default in the options? I reckon if that was the case most people would overlook it or assume it was a feature of the mod.
I suppose it's down to what the individual want's though so if so many people want it off, they can go do it themselves.

No more, but again, It is HARDCODED and there is no way to enforce it as a Rule.
