TO make this easier, can you post your system specs fro the PRLauncher->Support tab
start PRLauncher-> Click Support->CLick "Copy to CLipboard",
Paste everything in this thread.

The error message you posted:
Your ATI CCC program has corrupt data.

Have you used SweetFX or any other injector type program? This often can do this to the CCC program's .xml files.

THe best bet is to
1. Download the newest ATI/AMD Graphics Drives total package for your GPU. You need the full download package including the CCC Contrl Panel.

2. download Treexy's DriverFusion, Driver Fusion - Update, manage and monitor drivers & devices
run it,
uninstall ONLY the ATI/AMD GRAPHICS DRIVERS,

3. REBOOT.

4. Install the new ATI/AMD drivers pacakge.
During installation, there will be a small Checkbox on the bottom that asks if you want to perform a "CLEAN INSTALLATION", You MUST tick this checkbox.

After installation, start PRLauncher, go to Support->Utilities->Click the Perform Task button on the "Clear Shader Cache" task.

Then start PR.

My second guess is your .NET framework is corrupt.
You should download .NET framework 4.5.1 Download Microsoft .NET Framework 4.5.1 (Offline Installer) for Windows Vista SP2, Windows 7 SP1, Windows 8, Windows Server 2008 SP2 Windows Server 2008 R2 SP1 and Windows Server 2012 from Official Microsoft Download Center
then install 4.5.1
then use the the .net repair tool, here is a tutorial:

LITOralis.nMd sry for the missing info i edit it now btw i tryed your possible sollutions but again im a total noob in this kind off stuff but i think i did follow the steps correctly i hope you have another way to fix it whit the missing info i just added ow and i dont no if it matters but i reinstaled everything from BF2 to PR after that i have bin playing for at least 5 hours after that it started to random CTD

Playing 5 hours solid is pretty good.

You probably have fixed your initial problem.

You now might be facing the general instability of the mod, like all of us are dealing with right now.

IF you play in windowed mode, go to PRLauncher=>Options=>Video=>UNCHECK the "fullscreen mode", CLICK APPLY. ... when you e CTD an error message window popup will show the exact error.

Screencapture or write down the exact error message and post it here.

I think one of these files on your PC is corrupt.

wel i did overwrite both files i wanted to test it it worked for a wile untill i got sound bugged
so i disconnected from the game stil sound bugged so i closed the entire game
wanted to restart the game when a critical error appeared

hi again i reinstalled PR again and i got the same problem starting

after that i reboot my comp started the game in windowed mode
before i gut join a squad it froze my screen and another error appeared

IDK .

My guess is you are running out of RAM, causing the code to crash on itself.

Try installing Razer Gamebooster, it will shutdown unneeded background programs to free up RAM.

Maybe Psyrus or AncientMan has an idea why this happens.
