Update fails

The latest patch 1.1.4.0 was automatically downloaded as usual. It was applied. But after that when I run PRLauncher it starts to apply the patch again. And again, and again. I cannot launch the game.

The mod.desc file still has version 1.1.1.0.
There's a file update.lock - when I remove it, the Launcher finally starts, but when I try to run the game, it says "Error 1312: Error verifying the integrity of the following file: Prlauncher.exe"

When I put the update.lock file back in place, it starts the infinite update loop

What the hell?

Goddamn idiot that I am, my HDD actually ran out of free space.
But still an Updater that doesn't have a check for free space???

I have the same problem but plenty of space to install. Downloaded patch, it automatically started to install and then disappeared. I click the PR icon and it starts patching itself again. It gets to 43% 1474/3385 sits there a while and then disappears. I'm going to remove PR completely and download the full install. Hopefully that works.
