problem with mumble

hi.
when people talk using mumble, my game doesn't show their name.
what's the problem and how can i fix it?

are you logging into windows with a windows admin privilege account?
are you running PRBF2.exe as an admin?
are you running PRLauncher.exe as an admin?
are you running PRMumble.exe as an admin?

We're not sure why this is happening at all times, but some people who had a mix of those .exe's running some as admin some not, and some in compatibility mode and some not, that when all were set to run as admin, without compatibility selected, fixed the problem.

But, even then, it won't fix all the occurrences of this bug.

i checked everything and all of those 3 exe files are running as admin but it still doesn't show the names......
