Error 64 when updating...

Started on the 1.1.4 patch now 1.1.6. Attempted a reinstall now stuck back at 1.1.4 again. The error I am getting is "64: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process. 'levels\sbeneh_outskirts\client.zip\terraindata.raw'"

Sometimes the updater just crashes without this error and sometimes the file name changes. I just don't get it. Bit frustrated and have no ideas. Made exceptions in the firewalls, reinstalled, deleted temporary files and even looked in the logs and hardly ever find errors.

Any help appreciated.

Actually that was it, disabled firewall was not enough so I disabled all protection and the updates zipped through.

***I am running ESET Smart Security 6, I disabled full protection and firewall for my solution.***

"ESET Smart Security 6" anyway sounds too me like a quiiite expensive AV solution... o_O (so wouldn't wonder about several so-called "false positives")
