Add Gaskin to Black Gold insurgency

This vehicle exists in-game and this vehicle is available only (afaik) in Black Gold co-op alternative. (China-militia).

Please add it for militia in Black Gold insurgency since China has 2x CAS (copter, jet) and transport helicopters.

tbh the Gopher would be better.

Gaskin would be better for Militia.
Its faster, which suits their style, but is less stable and worse suited to BLK GLDs terrain, which keeps with their underdog identity. Besides, the Militia don't use MTLBs anywhere else in game. Just BRDM-2s and BMP-1s.
