Pr Wont launch!

Im trying to start the game, but the screen is pure black from the second i enter and i just get redirected back to desktop while the game minimizes itself every single time. Ive tried reinstalling the game and all updates, but the problem won't go away! Please help!

This can occur if you have any type of overlay program running, AMD RAPTR, MSI AFTERBURNER, Overwolf, TS3 Overlay, steam community overlay, etc.

Turn them off completely and try again.

Another possible problem is your antivirus is blocking the PRBF2.exe or PRLauncher.exe or PRUpdater.exe programs, make sure that isn't happening.

Open PRLAuncher, click Support, Click 'Copy to Clipboard', paste everything here.

Damn sounds old school to me.....Drivers. Not necessarily Graphics card (but I'd bet on it) but maybe even mother board drivers. Particularly the Northbridge chipset Though they usually come as one download (Northbridge and Southbridge) It's worth consideration if all else fails.

Also if you intend on updating the graphics card drivers only keep in mind that you might not want the latest drivers for an older game like BF2. In fact newer drivers may be the culprit.
