The USMC don't really have a balanced fighting experience, unless the people who are playing really have their game on, due to logistic imbalances. This was encountered in AAS pattern where first objective for the USMC is in the Harbor area where the supply depot is.

The Chinese Faction is able to install defenses quickly and easily through the logistic trucks which carry two crates and are basically a full FSB in a can. The USMC however, must use Hueys which carry 1 small crate requiring 4 Huey trips total for any case of full FSB desired.

In this light, the Chinese will build rapidly as soon as their trucks spawn in, whereas the USMC must wait for the helis/logi truck to spawn by which time it is quite difficult to effectively defend that Objective.

I've seen the Chinese build quite a large FSB on that objective while the USMC is not even able to extract their logistic truck since the Chinese have most likely blocked the exit or are covering the area where a would be FSB should be placed.

A person who knows exactly how to maneuver in this layer will have little difficulty playing as USMC, however for those who are not familiar with this less-played layer, it gets messy pretty quickly.
