Looking for a friendly and mature group

Hello, I was playing PR before and took a huge break, so yeah I am back and I want to get into some cool group which is serious in gameplay and serious about their group, but also friendly.
I am 14 years old, just wanted to point that out because I know some groups have age restrictions.
