Mumble assistance

Hello

It's been a long time since I played PR2 and now that the new update is out I'm back to play. Having said that I'm having trouble setting mumble up. If anybody can assist with this I would really appreciate hearing from you. I have the latest version installed but I can't figure out how to connect to a PR2 server.

You don't install it.
It is integrated completely in the new PR files so when you got PR installed and updated you can access mumble settings in the launcher if you want to change some key bindings for example.

Switching channels also work automatically.

When a round start local talk is heard by everyone but if you join a squad you can talk to them with squad talk (num 0).
During the end screen you again talk to everyone on your team but the enemy can't hear your victory cheers.
The enemy can never hear you talk on mumble.

Just a tip, if no one can hear you on mumble and vice versa, go to your taskbar/task manager and close the PR Mumble Root.
It should automatically restart and everything should be good.

Hi guys

I found the information you spoke of and I keep running into the same issue. Under BF2 option, I located the mumble settings. When I click "launch", it crashes every time.
Is there an update patch for BF2? I haven't seen anything but I'm asking just to make sure.
