I forgot how to install I got a new PC. I'm using 7zip

how do i get the set up bin 1

You have a .iso file, but which one?
Whichever .iso file you have, find it in windows explorer, and right click it, select "Open with 7Zip"

In 7Zip, select "extract all", and then selet a directory to extract everything.
For example, let's use C:\PRtemp

Next, in Windows Explorer, go to C:\PRtemp and double click the Setup.exe and the installation program will start.
